The Shenfield School Sports Partnership

KS1 Bush craft Skills

I have an amazing opportunity for schools to attend bush craft sessions at Thorndon Country Park, Thorndon Park North, The Avenues, Brentwood CM13 3RZ.

You can bring 6 children – any mix of boys/girls

It will be first come, first served.

The children will need to wear appropriate clothes for the forest – long sleeves and trousers, welly boots or old trainers. Be aware of the weather if wet – rain jackets if really hot please wear sun cream and hats.

Parents can NOT attend and each group of 6 needs at least 1 adult who is willing to help them at the session. Parking for teachers accompanying children will be free – parents can do drop offs.

I have attached the risk assessment from the park as well.
